Located 45 km away from Toronto in Cullen Central Park in the heart of Whitby (Canada), the colossal and long-awaited Nordik Spa-Nature, under construction since 2018, will open doors next Autumn and will be able to welcome 1,100 visitors at once. Described as a «relaxation and healing centre that focuses primarily on thermal therapy and relaxation techniques used in Scandinavian countries», the Spa will invite guests to enjoy a multisensory experience in a natural environment that contributes to health and well-being. The Spa will have several dry and steam saunas, outdoor pools (including hot, cold and seasoned), waterfalls and various outdoor and indoor rest areas that will allow you to experience the thermal cycle at any time of the year, a Nordic relaxation ritual with about 2000 years. But the highlight will be the floating saltwater pool, known as Källa, which allows customers to experience the feeling of lightness and get all the benefits of this type of therapy, such as reestablishing sleep, reducing inflammation, stimulating creativity and reduce stress.
