In the name of Art, Louvre properties, specialist in the acquisition,
development and residential and business enterprising and also the owners of
unique characteristics, will welcome a public presentation of an exhibition from the Madrilenian Ignacio Burgos. This
event will take place at 12 Rua Rosa Araújo, Lisbon, after being transformed
into Excluxive, into an exclusive luxurious residential area. The entry for the
exhibition called 2 0 Y E A R S - NEW YORK ‘99 I
LISBON ‘19 is totally free.
This is not the first time that LOUVRE Properties carry out this type of events. In July 2018, the company organized RE7: a vertical art gallery, displayed through 7 floors, with 7 arts, for 7 days, with the cooperation of dozens of artists, in the future The Nest – a residential project that’s worth for its harmony located right in the city centre, after being an empty unclaimed building in Rua Rodrigo da Fonseca for several years.
Ignacio Burgos was one of the artists who participated in RE7 and he’s the only Spanish artist alive with the chance of having his own exhibition at the Modern Art Museum in Moscow. His work can be found in several public collections, including the social project Caja Granada, Cité Internationale des Arts, Brooklyn Museum, in Nova Iorque, "la Caixa" in Barcelona, among others.
